Every February the Swing Devils elect a new Board of Directors. These dancers are Swing Devils members who make our events happen by doing things like teach the lessons, DJ dances, help with advertising, manage the money, and take care of other logistics. Board members are happy to answer any questions and address any problems you may have at our dances, so don't be afraid to come talk to and dance with us!  Many of our board members are also instructors. Meet the Board Members

Alex has been with the Swing Devils since the very beginning, back in 1997! He manages the Swing Devils accounts and keeps the Swing Devils history alive through stories that often derail our board meetings. Alex is well versed in and teaches many styles of vintage swing dancing, including (but not limited to) Lindy Hop, Charleston, Shag, Balboa, East Coast Swing, and has a vast knowledge of solo jazz and jazz routines. Alex prefers to lead.

Jedediah is the vice president. Jedediah has done a lot of dance stuff over the years. He's cool.

Christy has been on our Board of Directors for a few years now. She manages our social media, and helps out at our events by setting up our dances and teaching beginner lessons. She loves to Lindy Hop, ask her to Lead or Follow!

Taylor is a junior at WSU. She started doing East Coast Swing on her 18th birthday. In a strange turn of events, she kept coming back and quickly fell in love with the dance and the atmosphere. She primarily follows, but is hoping to learn how to lead!

Michael Noel

Bo is our Secretary. This is their first year on the board.

Michael is our President and is well versed in many dance styles. He often teaches lessons at our weekly dances, and is knowledgeable in East Coast Swing, Charleston, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, as well as many Ballroom and Latin styles of dance. Michael prefers to lead, but will follow if you ask!
